I spent New Year's Eve at a hotel resort and it was fun - they had good food and drinks, live music and a nice pool to dip in. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was close to the bars and restaurants. they had a shuttle that took us to the main attraction.

The party area was too crowded, and guests were making a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep at night. the hotel was more expensive than other nearby places, and some facilities were not well maintained, such as the gym equipment that was broken.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable luxury experience. the exclusive amenities and service exceeded my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool is picture perfect and the Spa & wellness centre is amazing. the massage left me relaxed and recharged. the garden area was a great place to relax. the restaurant had a great in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area was opulent. the private facilities make you feel one with nature. The location was perfectly positioned with access to all destinations, making it ideal for all visitors. Cons: There was one minor issue during my stay. the packed lunch I received could have been more substantial as it was too small.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the trendy area of Kandal Village and only a short Tuk Tuk ride away from the temples. the pool villas are spacious and offer great outdoor areas to enjoy the warm weather. the service provided by the butlers is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure the comfort of the guests.

The hotel does not have a karaoke or casino facility for those guests who enjoy these activities.

Honestly, my city break was nearly perfect. There was only one minor issue, which was that the rooms could have used a bit more attention to detail.
